Features of Threads
Feature 1: Perfect Integration with Instagram
Meta continues to make strides with the new Threads app, which is perfectly integrated with Instagram, the platform known for maximizing the use of photos and short videos. It also allows for a seamless transfer of basic information. After downloading Threads, it's very convenient if you already have an Instagram account. The following settings are no different from Instagram, hence it's often referred to as "Text-based IG".
Feature 2: Posts up to 500 Words, Videos up to 5 Minutes
What's the difference between Threads and so many other social platforms? Threads is a haven for expressing short texts, with posts up to 500 words. It allows for uploading photos and videos, with a maximum limit of five minutes for videos. In addition to liking and replying to comments, you can also forward threads and share. Some say Threads is very similar to Twitter, and Mark Zuckerberg even used Twitter to self-mockingly post about it, indicating a strong sense of competition.
Feature 3: Posts Cannot Be Edited
The brand-new Threads attracted a large number of users as soon as it was available for download, and the number of users continues to surge. Threads' simple interface and lack of flashy ads make it very novel. However, currently, posts cannot be edited, there is no translation function, and posts cannot be saved. We look forward to more new features in the future!
